We tailor the frequency of potential marketing hits and impressions so your property never becomes overexposed.
Account Management: All aspects of viewings, vendor feedbacks, weekly Zoopla data analysis, offer negotiations and buyer qualification.
Sales Progression: Managing the chain, communications with solicitor, answering all enquiries, driving the sale through to exchange and completion.
We use an open contract system, so you’re not tied in to a sole agency agreement. It’s entirely up to you if you want to advertise your property with other agents – you only pay us if we sell your home!
We’ve also scrapped the ‘ready, willing and able purchaser’ clause. This means you don’t have to pay us for finding a buyer in the event you change your mind and decide not to sell.
If for any reason you no longer want to work with us, that’s okay, we understand! We don’t have any tie-in periods, and we don’t charge withdrawal fees. You only pay if your buyer was introduced via us. Simple.
We use a range of professional valuation techniques, including data from the land registry, local house price movements, recent transactions and the nitty-gritty of your property, including square footage, layout, renovations, condition, build type and plot size. We do not try and offer below the market value however for unrealistic “dream valuations” please speak with your local estate agent.
