It’s our job to find you the right tenant. We’ll thoroughly vet all applicants, checking references and collating paperwork to ensure you’re well protected. We’ll accompany all applicants to the viewing and negotiate the best rental terms and do all the legal paperwork required to establish a tenancy on your property.
We offer a complimentary key holding service, useful if you’ve got tradespeople who need to pick up keys while you’re tenants are at work. We’ll also collect the initial rent and register the tenants deposit. Oh Yeah! Unlike other agents, there are no hidden renewal or extension fees to pay with us.
If you live further away from your property or simply want someone to take on the hassle for you, our full property management offers the perfect solution.
